This week: Arts Council England's Developing Your Creative Practice fund, why you should apply and how to be successful in your application

Havering Changing is hosting the second of a series of in-depth weekly online funding workshops with Arts Council England to support local creatives to understand the process and learn how to make successful applications.

The session will be a comprehensive deep dive into detail of what you need to know to get funded to help demystify the process.

We will welcome a guest each week to talk about their own personal experience of developing a successful applications. This week Charmaine Childs will share how she applied for the fund, what she learned and how the funding helped her creative development.

There will also be the opportunity to find out how to apply for Havering Changing's Creative Community Support and how you can access funding to create activities, events and work with the communities of Harold Hill, Orchard Village, Romford and Rainham.

This event is for individuals, groups or organisations who are interested in making creative projects in Havering to find out more about how to gain arts and culture funding. It's a good opportunity to meet with a representative from the Arts Council England and connect with Havering Changing.
