Our Story, Our Superpower is a 4-week community wellbeing programme designed to combat loneliness by fostering connections across generations through the power of storytelling.
Participants from different generations will collaborate to craft new stories inspired by their personal experiences. They will engage in a range of exercises using different creative mediums, including, creative writing, music, and photography. Through this process, they will form bonds that bridge generational gaps.
At the end of the programme:
A community exhibition will showcase these newly created stories.
A photobook/zine will be produced, publishing a selected body of stories, artwork and photography created through the programme and offering a lasting archive of the connections made.
